Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection arrangements are agreed for the confirmed product, quantity and project location.

Read with your accepted quotation and the applicable South African consumer protections. Statutory rights take precedence over conflicting terms.

1. Before placing an order

Your quotation must identify the delivery or collection method, location, agreed cost, timing and relevant access arrangements before you accept. We do not promise free delivery, a nationwide service area, live stock or a fixed lead time through this website.

Tell us about stairs, lifts, parking, restricted access, loading limits and any site-specific handling restrictions. Delivery to a kerb, room or upper floor is not interchangeable; the agreed handling scope should be clear.

2. Timing and delays

Delivery and installation are separate arrangements unless the quotation says otherwise. Do not book independent installers solely on an unconfirmed delivery estimate. We will communicate an identified delay and discuss the lawful next step.

For electronic consumer orders covered by ECTA section 46, the default fulfilment period is 30 days unless another period was agreed. Its cancellation process for late performance and refund requirements for unavailable supply remain available. A delay notice does not itself remove those rights.

3. Receipt and risk

Please have an authorised person available to check the product, finish, quantity and visible packaging condition. Note visible discrepancies and retain labels where practical. Signing a delivery note is not a waiver of a latent defect or other statutory claim.

Transit risk is not automatically transferred to you merely because the goods were handed to our courier. Responsibility follows the agreed arrangement and applicable law, including CPA delivery protections where they apply.

4. Collection, storage and changed arrangements

Wait for confirmation that goods are ready before travelling to collect. Agree a suitable vehicle and safe loading arrangements for the product. Product-specific storage and acclimatisation instructions should be followed; no universal temperature, moisture limit or acclimatisation period is imposed here.

If access is unavailable or you need to change the arrangement, contact us promptly. Any proposed extra handling, redelivery or storage cost must be disclosed, agreed where required and lawful; it is not automatically charged under this policy.

The Returns & Refunds Policy explains the routes for damaged, incorrect or qualifying returned goods.
