Complaints & Disputes

A clear route for product, installation, quotation and privacy concerns.

Read with your accepted quotation and the applicable South African consumer protections. Statutory rights take precedence over conflicting terms.

1. Contact our team

Call February Flooring on 072 861 5159, or use Contact Us to arrange a written complaint channel. Include your reference, the affected product or service, what happened and the outcome you are seeking. Retain relevant correspondence, labels and photographs; share only information that is necessary.

The website enquiry forms let you review an unsent summary and then submit through FormSubmit for email forwarding. A summary or submission screen is not proof that a complaint or time-sensitive cancellation reached our inbox. Email februaryflooring@gmail.com directly for recorded correspondence and keep a copy; statutory notice requirements remain applicable.

2. Assessment and outcome

We will consider the agreement, evidence, cause of the problem and applicable consumer rights. An inspection may be arranged where appropriate. Any proposed resolution, cost allocation or lawful deduction should be explained rather than imposed through an undisclosed blanket rule.

No fixed response-time promise is invented here. This process does not extend a statutory deadline, force repair before another available remedy, or remove a consumer’s right to seek external assistance.

3. External assistance

If a consumer goods or services complaint is unresolved, you may approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud where it has jurisdiction. The National Consumer Commission, provincial consumer authorities, relevant tribunals and competent courts may also provide routes according to the applicable procedure.

Privacy and access-to-information complaints can be raised with the Information Regulator. We do not claim membership, accreditation or guaranteed jurisdiction of any particular scheme by linking to its official website. You are not required to waive lawful remedies or accept compulsory private arbitration.
