1. Project context in your browser
My Quote uses local storage keys ff-quote-draft-v1 and ff-quote-access-v1 for your selected flooring, quantities, service choice and private access to submitted requests. Contact-form fields are not saved in these draft keys. These functional records are not marketing cookies and can be cleared with the control below or your browser’s site-data settings. Clearing saved-request access can prevent you retrieving documents from that browser; contact our team with your reference for assistance. Clearing browser data does not erase a request or invoice already stored by the business.
The project tools use session storage keys beginning ff-project- to remember project location, rooms, notes, preferences and, where present, an approximate area while you move between relevant pages. This is functional project context, not a final order or confirmed measurement.
The contact-form enquiry summary is held in the open page’s memory. The summary is sent to FormSubmit only when you choose Send enquiry. It does not automatically create a CRM record, booking, quotation, invoice or payment.
2. Provider technologies
ChatGPT sign-in and the hosting platform may use their own cookies, logs or storage. Existing externally hosted room images also cause browser requests to the image providers. Browser settings and the relevant provider notices explain those technologies; this page does not claim to be a complete audit of provider-managed cookies.
No advertising pixel, analytics integration or non-essential tracking script has been added to the application by this policy update. This is not a claim that the hosting provider uses no telemetry.
3. Clearing storage and future changes
You can clear site data through your browser settings. The button below clears the ff-project- session-storage entries in this tab, your quote draft and saved-request access in this browser. It does not clear provider cookies, platform logs, other tabs or information separately supplied to our team. Refreshing an enquiry page is needed to discard any already loaded page-memory values.
If the storage is blocked, some context may need to be entered again. Before introducing optional tracking or new data recipients, the applicable notice and any required choice must be addressed. No new consent banner or tracking tool has been activated here.
