Read with your accepted quotation and the applicable South African consumer protections. Statutory rights take precedence over conflicting terms.
1. Requests for records
For access to your own personal information, the POPIA access process may apply. Requests for other records held by a private body are governed by PAIA, including the requirement to identify the right you seek to exercise or protect where applicable.
Call our team on 072 861 5159 to arrange the appropriate written request channel. Use the prescribed PAIA process and forms where required. An enquiry summary or form submission screen is not proof of a formal delivered request or a substitute for the required procedure. Written enquiries can be emailed to februaryflooring@gmail.com.
2. Official guidance
The Information Regulator publishes PAIA guides, request forms and private-body manual guidance. These explain the process, applicable fees and grounds for access or refusal. A lawful refusal can be challenged through the available complaint or court procedure.
This overview is not represented as a completed PAIA section 51 manual. Contact our team for the applicable company records-access information and use the Regulator’s official resources for the prescribed forms.
