Site-visit fees are based on your location and confirmed before booking. Proceed with February Flooring for the assessed project, and the full paid visit fee will be credited against your quotation. A site-visit request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.

Assess and measure

Installation area, floor condition, access and transitions need to be assessed. A customer-estimated area remains unverified enquiry information.

Define the work

Product, preparation, accessories, material quantity and labour are considered together. Pack rounding and cutting allowances depend on the confirmed product and layout.

Review your quotation

Receive an itemised installation quotation after assessment. Acceptance, payment arrangements and scheduling follow the agreed process.
